Xochitl Correa - HATHA RAJA
Ha dedicado más de 17 años de su vida a estudiar y enseñar en el área de fitness, yoga, artes sanadoras y bienestar. Ha viajado por diferentes países compartiendo talleres de Yoga, y colaborando en varias formaciones internacionales.
En Caracas encontró su estilo de Yoga favorito basado en la disciplina diaria y devoción: El Hatha Raja yoga de Dharma Mittra a través de su maestros Yoshio Hama y Mariangel Romero con sus programas de “Meditación en Movimiento (MEM) donde año tras año fue evolucionando su practica hasta el momento presente.
Su pasión por las Artes Sanadoras la llevó a mudarse a Europa en el 2017, donde estudió Masaje tailandés dinámico co Krishnatakis en Evia-Grecia. Estudió 200 horas y 500 horas de Hatha Raja con Andrei Ram, 200 horas de entrenamiento de Kundalini con Manu Om e Isabel Solano, Yoga Anatomy con Tiffany Cruikshank. 100 horas de medicina china con yoga y masaje tailandés con Daniela Garza fundadora de Soha Yoga.
Actualmente, terminó su DNS en Rehabilitación Deportiva y Master en Fisioterapia y la Especialización en Coaching de Vida.
Desde que comenzó su viaje, decidió servir en el sistema de educación de Yoga compartiendo su experiencia como sanadora y yogui. Su pasión es empoderar y ayudar a las personas a sanar y desarrollar la mejor versión de sí mismos como practicantes de yoga y profesores de yoga compartiendo clases regulares de yoga con el público, cursos, seminarios y asistencia a numerosos cursos de formación de profesores en todo el mundo. Hasta el día de hoy vive en Barcelona compartiendo su práctica de forma habitual, colaborando en formaciones con otros estudios y lideres.
En el 2021 tomó la decisión de manifestar sueño más anhelado: inaugurar su propio instituto de bienestar "OM Institute of Wellbeing", Ahí es donde la podrás encontrar de ahora en adelante.

Malva -SYNERGY FLOW
Synergy Vinyasa con Malva es una práctica holística basada en la tradición del Hatha Yoga y el método Synergy desarrollado por Simon Borg Olivier. Profundamente arraigado en la esencia de la filosofía yóguica, tiene como objetivo cultivar la sensibilidad, la fuerza interior, la apertura y la aceptación. A partir de la comprensión científica de la fisiología humana, es una práctica segura y progresiva adaptada a las necesidades del cuerpo moderno. Los elementos clave de este método incluyen restaurar la fluidez de la columna, mejorar el flujo sanguíneo, calmar el sistema nervioso y entrar en el estado de FLOW.

Mariana Salinas - KUNDALINI & GONG
Nacida en Ciudad de México, Mariana Salinas (Harpreet Kaur) es yogui de segunda generación. Su madre fue una de las primeras Maestras de Kundalini Yoga en México entrenada por Guru Dev Singh. Harpreet Kaur tuvo la suerte de recibir estas enseñanzas a una edad temprana de su madre, Guru Dev Singh, y Yogi Bhajan en Española, Nuevo México, EE.UU.. Su metodología de sanación, "Inner Reset", se basa en la Terapia Craneosacral, las Constelaciones Familiares y el Kundalini Yoga.

Oriol y Alfonsina son la cara que sostiene SOHAM MALLORCA. Ven a practicar con este gran equipo de profesores que te guiarán a través de una sesión de Yoga Integral: el resultado de la combinación de varios estilos de yoga (alineación y biomecánica, power yoga, hata-vinyasa y yin).

Alfonsina es profesora de yoga, doctora en biomedicina, bioquímica y psiconeuroinmunoendocrinóloga. Nos brindará uns charla sobre la gestión del estrés.

We are Lilla and Peter, the founders of Our Yoga Mind. After completing our teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2018, yoga became our spiritual, mental and physical guidance towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle. Through our teachings today we represent a holistic approach where science and spirituality can work along together and lead to a better quality life and overall well-being.
Our mission is to create transformational and mindful yoga experiences where we encourage you to cultivate a deeper connection with your true self, with others and with nature’s elements. During the past 5 years we have been passionately sharing our diverse knowledge on the mat through Hatha, Partner- and Acro-, SUP Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Classes, Moon Ceremonies, Connection and Sacred Circles and our new passion is Inside Flow where we bring together yoga with music and dancing.
Inside Flow is a modern technique combining yoga, dancing, music and emotions: your body sings a song and embodies the energy of the music. You will consciously move through a vinyasa flow on beat by linking poses together and focusing on the transitions instead of the asanas itself.
The flow class prepares you for a main song where movement, breath, heartbeat, music and emotions unites. There is always a story and a message connected to the song which we introduce before the final flows, therefore we will work with the related emotions too. On this way we create a safe space to simply be and feel, and to move through any stagnant energy.
Inside Flow is a heart-opening practice, so you will feel liberated and light-hearted after the workshop. It also awakens the life force in the body. By flowing together as a group, we collectively raise our vibration therefore it’s an empowering experience indeed.
In order to participate on an Inside Flow class we recommend usually to have min. 1-2 years of alignment based yoga asana practice.

Kalarippayat the physical art of warriors is a codified martial art system which dates back 5000 years into the Vedic times.
