In compliance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the MYF- Mallorca Yoga Festival Association (hereinafter, the "Owner") expressly informs you of the following:

 

1. The personal data that you provide to the Owner due to your registration and participation in the event will be processed by the Owner and by the MYF- Mallorca Yoga Festival Association, with NIF G-16664948 and address in Palma (07006), Josep Rover street Motta 12

2. The purpose of the treatment of your data is to manage your participation in the Mallorca Yoga Festival event (hereinafter, the "MYF") as registered, as well as, if you expressly authorize it by checking the box enabled for this purpose, to send you related communications with MYF activities, as well as information related to events, trainings, workshops and other activities related to the practice of yoga that the Owner can organize, respectively.

3. The legal basis for the treatment of your data is compliance with the contractual relationship derived from your registration in the MYF, as well as, where appropriate, your consent to send commercial communications if you have checked the box enabled for this purpose. The data will be kept for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship, notwithstanding that they may be kept blocked for longer periods for those periods in which legal responsibilities may arise. Regarding the sending of commercial communications, they will be kept as long as you do not request their deletion.

4. Your data will be transferred to third parties that provide services related to the Event, which is known as Treatment Managers, as well as, where appropriate, to the insurance company contracted to cover the assistants, to banks for payment management registration and those responsible for access control to the MYF, among others. International data transfers are not foreseen.

 

 

Those interested can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and the limitation and opposition to the treatment, by writing to the Owner's address, indicated in the heading of this section. You can also direct your claim to the Control Authority (Spanish Agency for Data Protection www.agpd.es ).
